How to Use
- Sift 2 g of matcha into a dry bowl.
- Add 60–70 ml of water at 70–80 °C.
- Whisk briskly in a W motion until the surface is evenly foamed.
For a latte, use 2–3 g, first make a smooth concentrate with water, then add hot or cold milk.
